Oil Pulling Rinse

What is oil pulling?
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth to draw out toxins, support oral hygiene, and promote overall wellness.

How do I use the oil pulling rinse?

(1) Shake Well – Before each use, give the bottle a good shake to blend the ingredients.

(2) Swish – Take 1–2 tablespoons of oil and swish it around in your mouth for 2–5 minutes.

(3) Spit – Do not swallow. Spit the oil into the trash (not the sink) to avoid clogging pipes.

(4) Brush – Follow up with brushing for a cleaner, fresher, and brighter smile.

For best results, use daily to support natural oral hygiene, healthier gums, fresher breath, and a radiant smile!

When should I use it?
For best results, use first thing in the morning before brushing your teeth. It can also be used before bed or anytime your mouth needs a reset.

What ingredients are in the rinse?

Can kids use it?
We recommend oil pulling for adults and children over 6. Always supervise children during use and consult a healthcare provider before starting a new routine.

What if someone accidentally swallows it?
Our formula is made with natural oils. While the rinse isn’t meant to be ingested, swallowing a small amount by accident is generally not harmful for adults. That said, it’s best to avoid swallowing, as oil pulling is designed to remove impurities from the mouth. If a child swallows the rinse, we recommend contacting a doctor or local emergency services.

Do I need to refrigerate it?
Nope! Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shake well before each use.

How long does one bottle last?
Each bottle contains enough for about 30 uses depending on how much you use per session and how frequently per week.
